14 week survey

How far along?
14 weeks
Total Weight Gain? -20 lbs
Maternity Clothes? Yes, I just got my Old Navy maternity jeans in the mail. I had to order online b/c I am short and could not find any pants for short people in the stores!
Stretch Marks? nope
Sleep? Its not been the best this past week. My belly hurts throughout the night, my guess is that it grows when I am sleeping:)
Best Moment this week? hearing the heartbeats at our OB appointment yesterday. They found Baby B pretty quickly, Baby A was being a bit elusive.
Food Cravings? Nada, still don't really want to eat anything.
Sex? We find out on Oct 1! Other kind of sex, no thanks:)
Labor Signs? nope
Belly Button? strangely it is starting to flatten already. I thought I was making it up, but Greg noticed too.
What I miss the most? Being able to eat and leave the house like a normal person.
What am I looking forward to the most? finding out what the babies are, and moving on from this morning sickness
Milestones? buying maternity pants, entering the second trimester.

At our appointment yesterday the OB told me I was already measuring 19 weeks, so no wonder my pants didn't fit:) I also scheduled our anatomy scan for Oct 1st with a perinatologist and all subsequent u/s will be with him. That makes me feel better that they are being cautious.

On a not so good note, the nausea and heaving has started again. The dr threatened to admit me again and/or make me take a leave from work. Since it was the middle of the week I figured I would try and hold off till the weekend and see how I am feeling on Monday. It is really busy around here and I can't imagine the reaction if I had to take off.

Also, since I work at a university that already has cases of H1N1 I now have a lovely sign on my door letting students know that if they are sick they need to stay away. And I am no longer allowed to go into the student union or to any campus event where there are a lot of people. This fall should be interesting. I guess it will prepare everyone for when I am gone.

Motherhood Maternity sells pants in short/petite too. I found them to be the most comfortable.

I'm so sorry the nausea is back. :( That sucks.

So glad to hear you'll be seeing a peri. Did they already confirm that they're fraternal? If not, make sure to ask about TTTS.

Thinking about you!
