I've had two more monitoring appointments since I last posted, things are progressing well and lefty has been easier to find:) As of yesterday morning it looks like we have about 12 follies between 6-16mm and our estimated ER is Friday. The wait has begun.
I was feeling really bloated and sick to my stomach the past few days, but I am feeling much better today, which makes me worry that my ovaries have dried up and died. Hopefully they are just behaving themselves and using their energy to make more 'super-babies' (as DH calls them -even though I try very hard to explain that they are in no way 'babies' at this point).
I took Friday off work b/c I was not feeling well and the stress at work was getting to me. It was nice, I slept on the couch with our furry babies, had lunch w/a friend, and lazed around the rest of the day. But, of course, Monday morning I hear all the gossip about why I took the day off. B/c I am knocked-up. Yup, that is the rumor. The growing non-baby-bump has fueled suspicions. If only they knew how hurtful those comments are. Screw them.

Screw them indeed. I'm sorry you have to deal with such comments, on top of everything else.
I have had the same weird looks lately, plus being gone for appts all the time, definately starts the rumor mill. If they only knew how hurtful it can be.

:( on the bump comments. That's so hurtful. I think that popular culture's encouragement of 'bump watches' has made the Fertile World assume that those comments are ok.

I like the title of your post. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to go crazy from always waiting for something. Taking a day off sounds lovely!
I am all for the "mental health days". I know you weren't feeling well either so that makes it totally legit. And I agree- Screw them.
