Here are the rules:
1) Choose the 4th folder where you store your pictures on your computer
2) Select the 4th picture in the folder
3) Explain the picture
4) Tag 4 people to do the same. NO CHEATING! (cropping, editing, etc!)
This is my niece, Ryann. It was taken at a local Italian restaurant at my MIL's 60th b-day party. Ryann is going to be a big sister in a few months. I wish I could give her a cousin:(I don't really have time to tag right now, so if you read this and want to play, go ahead!
