Reminders

DH is away all week at a conference and I am going stir crazy. I'm not sure why, its not like when he is here we are busy from the time we get home from work until we go to sleep...I guess it is just knowing that there is no one to talk to (besides the dogs!).

So, in an effort to distract myself from sitting on the couch and eating crap, I decided to start working on holiday cards. We didn't send any last year because we were buying this house and were quite busy. I just dug in the basement and found all the old holiday cards we have (I always buy too many and have a ton left over) so that I don't have to buy any this year. And what do I find???? The kind with the place to insert a picture, packs of them. I totally forgot that I bought them on clearance last year with the assumption that we would have a lovely baby picture to put in them this year. Now I am home alone and depressed. I don't want to do holiday cards now b/c they will be baby-less. And of course now I am thinking about all the cute baby pics we will get from everyone on holiday cards this year:( Damn, this really sucks. Pity party for one???

Ovulation update-still none. This month is totally a bust. I think I need to realize that the whole '6 IUIs' doesn't necessarily mean they will happen in a row over six months, that it will probably be like a year before we are done with 6.

Oh, I know how you feel. I am in love with Christmas cards. Last year I remember thinking we would be using a cute pregnancy picture of me or a cute baby picture. And neither happened! I just ordered mine and they just have a picture of my huband and me.

(((HUGS))) I'm sorry you are having such a sad day. Give your doggies extra hugs and kisses tonight.

maybe you can send pictures of the house? or nature? or the doggies? or your current family? or some art? or stash them away for next year...

...or maybe your lining/ovaries? you know you have a million of them! ;)

**great big hugs***

we were in WI last september for the ironman. madison is amazing. we think those people are super nice, too!!! (they don't have the same cute MN accent, though).

...wonder how the MN and WI people got to be the nicest in the country?
