I had an HSG today. And damn did it hurt:( There were 3 women before me and none of them came out looking like they were in too much pain....but I seriously wanted to cry and had it lasted more than a few minutes I just might have. Its been 2 hours, and I am still in pain and bleeding:( But, the good news is that everything looked clear and good. The RE was there and surprisingly nicer this time, which I appreciated.
It looks like we will have another IUI this week. Knowing how less painful that procedure is I am actually not nervous about it at all. Actually looking forward to it.
Our kitchen is almost done, we just need to put the cabinets up and fill them with all of the things that are cluttering our dining room right now. I know I am a bit of a control freak, but all of this clutter is really wearing on my mental health. I get so anxious being in our house over the past few weeks. I hope we can start this cycle clean and fresh....freshly cleaned out tubes and a new kitchen:) Once the kitchen is done I will have to post a few pics:)

Andrea, the rumor I've heard is that if it hurts, its actually clearing a small blockage. And when I had mine, they told me that they have LOTS of women get pg afterwards (esp. when those blockages that don't even show up on screen are cleared).
I hated the HSG. I thought it hurt too and I cried a little bit on the table. I'm a little embarassed about that, but I'm a wimp.
