So, b/c I know I will lose the piece of paper it is written on, I am going to put DH's SA numbers here:

10/07-Varicocelectomy
2/08-9 million, 9% motility, 0% morphology
4/08-25 million, 32% motility, 1% morphology

Hopefully the next one will be even better!
