Money

So, about a month ago our basement flooded....it was like 2 feet of water and completely destroyed our washer and dryer. Today we decided to venture out and look to see how much a new set would cost. Hot damn is all I can say. I cannot believe how expensive 2 appliances could be!

With our RE appointment next week (I've changed it to OURS instead of MINE...see that?) I am not very fond of the idea of spending any money before we hear what she thinks our next steps might be. Since we have no insurance coverage I am assuming we will need all that we have saved and then more, a lot more.

Of all the things I have been stressing out about, money has not been one of them. I'm not sure what we will do, but I think I have realized more and more that all of this is out of our hands and we will simply have to make it work.
