Babies Shower

We had our first babies shower this weekend. Greg's family threw it for us and we had a great time. There was a little drama with my mom since our families don't mesh very frequently and there is some jealousy...but no need to get into that! :)

I am now quite surprised at how much baby stuff we have in our house. There are times where I just look in awe of it, and times where I start to freak out a little bit. I started putting things together and could not figure the car seat out and then lamented to Greg that I am going to be a bad mom and put the babies in the car seat incorrectly and then drop them. He reassured me that I will not be a bad mom. Then we both decided that there just might be a time where a baby gets dropped and that will not mean we are bad parents;)

We've also been working on the nursery. Today we put shelves in the closets and I went through all the baby shower stuff and try to organize it a bit. So, only a few small things left to do and we should be all set. I'll take some pics soon. But, to tide you over, here are a few from the baby shower.
