Pending a meeting at the bank tomorrow, we are going ahead with IVF #2 this cycle and are skipping the testing. We just don't have the money for it. That would mean Lupron would begin in about 2-3 weeks, and put ER around June 20th.
This time around we are telling no one (so all of you who I know IRL, please don't say anything to anyone), not even work. Since we know the protocol, and know that most of the appointments are before work, there is really no need. As for the ER and ET, I plan on just calling in sick. I have over 300 hours of sick time, so it is well within my right to take them. If I do get a new job, then maybe I will have to say something....
Now battle-lose-10lbs is in full swing.
Yikes.

You can totally pull it off without anyone finding out. I never told work or anything. I just took sick days just like you are planning and it worked fine.
I'm glad you decided to go with another fresh. Save the frosties and then you know you have them.
Good luck with the 10lbs (but don't be too hard on yourself!).
