Work has been busy, leaving me with very little time to stress. And I went to the gym last night and took an hour's worth of aggression out on the treadmill. My ass hurts now, but I feel a bit better mentally. I also made an appointment with my therapist, but unfortunately can not get in until Dec 2nd.
We also decided to only spend part of Thanksgiving with DH's family, the rest of the day will be with one of my aunts and her family (two college-aged kids, no babies, pg bellies or small children!).
Thanks everyone for your comments, they really made me feel better on a day I definitely needed:)

I think these holiday plans sound much better!
I'm going to spend Thanksgiving drinking too much wine...at whatever table I end up.

I am glad you are feeling better. I am spending a little controlled time with my family too.
I am sitting on my stool in my kitchen and my stomach is resting on my upper thighs...sigh...glad to hear you were proactive with a walk.
Thanksgiving without no babies and PG bellies sounds like a superb idea! Since we don't celebrate thanksgiving, I haven't decided what I am going to do over the 4-day weekend! Shopping or couch potato?! Tough decision!
