I am sperminated! It was a really quick procedure, only about 2 mins. I didn't feel much, besides the unlubed speculum and a pinching feeling when they inserted the catheter. Before I knew it the lady (who was not my doctor, or anyone I had ever seen) got up and said we were done. They did not have me lay down, or wait at all, just in and out.
I am now at home laying on the couch with a pillow under my butt and a chihuahua laying next to me. I am feeling a bit crampy and my cervix aches, kind of like it has been scratched. I also feel a bit leaky, but I've read that it is not in fact the sperm leaking out, but the CM.
All I was told is that I should call if AF doesn't come within two weeks. Nothing about the possibility of spotting, nothing about how cramps are normal. Nothing. What would I do with out all of you nesties and fellow IFers? I know, I would be freaking out and wondering what the hell was wrong. Thank you medical staff that I am paying hundreds of dollars to!!!
And now the 2 week wait begins! I apologize in advance for my neurotic behavior.

A little cramping is normal. Welcome to the 2 week wait. I go back and forth between excitement,hope, and negativity.

I'm not sure what it says about you that someone you've never seen before just may have knocked you up :) I hope she at least bought you a pina colada first.
